Foreword
Professor Kwyro Lee at KAIST founded the JSTS in 2001 and served for the first four years as the Editor-in-Chief of JSTS. Professor Kukjin Chun at SNU established the JSTS as a solid technical journal while he served as the Editor-in-Chief for the last four years. It is a privilege for me to serve as the Editor-in-Chief of JSTS. Hope to improve the quality of JSTS even further by enhancing the quality of papers and expediting the review process.
